A Mesh Mapping-Based Cooperative Inversion Strategy for Airborne Transient Electromagnetic and Magnetic Methods

Cooperative inversion is a powerful underground imaging technique that can overcome the limitations of single detection method. However, due to different grid divisions used by various geophysical methodologies, imposing structural constraints between grids scales challenging. This paper proposes new cooperative strategy and applies it quasi-two-dimensional aerial transient electromagnetic method (ATEM) with induced polarization (IP) effect two-dimensional magnetic solve problem applying cross-gradient under scales. The mesh mapping incorporated into iterative process in this strategy. synthetic data shows effectively employ complementarity increase accuracy results for describing medium boundary. methodology may be applied methods any division successfully solves mismatch inversion.
